HiddenJobs UK is a job listings service. We gather job vacancies from the publicly available careers pages of companies and present them in a searchable form. A free preview shows vacancies with company names hidden; paying members see company names and links to apply on each company's own website.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and Misbau LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use the Services.
We may modify these Legal Terms from time to time. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting, indicated by the 'Last updated' date above. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
HiddenJobs UK is a listings service only. We are not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or employment business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of the companies whose vacancies appear on the Site, and we play no part in any application, selection, or hiring decision. Listings are gathered automatically from public sources and refreshed regularly, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or genuine, and a vacancy may be changed, closed, or withdrawn at any time by the company that posted it. Always rely on the information published on the company's own website.
The 'licensed visa sponsor' label is produced by matching company names against the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors, which is public information published by the UK government. Matching by name can be wrong, a licence can lapse or be revoked, and a company that holds a licence is under no obligation to sponsor any particular role or applicant. The label is a starting point for your own research, not advice, a promise, or a representation about any company or role. You must verify sponsorship directly with the employer and the official register before relying on it, particularly where your immigration status may be affected. We accept no responsibility for decisions taken in reliance on this label.
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA or FISMA); if your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including the compilation, selection, and arrangement of listings in our database, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the 'Content'), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks'). The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services 'AS IS' for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Company names, employer trademarks, and the text of individual job advertisements that appear in listings belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site reflects only that the vacancy was published on a public careers page, and implies no affiliation with or endorsement of the Services by those owners.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; (5) all information you supply to us, including the email address used for membership, is true, accurate, and current; and (6) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Membership costs £19 (nineteen pounds sterling) as a one time payment and provides full access to the Services for 3 months from the date of purchase. Membership does not renew automatically and we take no recurring payments. Purchasing again extends your access from its current expiry date. Prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise at checkout; we may change the price of future purchases at any time, and changes never affect access you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information, and you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout. If a payment is later reversed, disputed without merit, or found to be fraudulent, we may suspend or terminate the associated membership.
If you are unhappy with the Services for any reason, email us at support@hiddenjobsuk.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. By purchasing, you request immediate access to a digital service and acknowledge that, once the 14-day period has passed, any statutory cancellation right that depends on the service not yet being supplied no longer applies. Nothing in these Legal Terms affects statutory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Membership is linked to the email address used at purchase. Returning members sign in through one-time login links sent to that address; there are no passwords. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email account, and we will treat anyone who accesses the Services through a valid login link sent to your address as you. Membership is personal to you: you must not share login links, sessions, or access with any other person, and access is limited to one individual per membership. Notify us promptly at support@hiddenjobsuk.com if you believe your access has been compromised.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
The Services contain links to third-party websites, most importantly the careers pages and application forms of the companies whose vacancies we list. Such third-party websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any third-party websites accessed through the Services, or for their content, privacy practices, or the outcome of any application you make through them. Inclusion of or linking to any third-party website does not imply approval or endorsement by us. When you leave the Services, these Legal Terms no longer govern; you should review the terms and privacy policy of every website you visit, including any site where you submit a job application.
We provide information, not outcomes. We do not guarantee that any vacancy is open, that any employer will consider or respond to your application, that using the Services will result in an interview, offer, or employment, or that salary or other details shown in a listing are correct. Any decisions you make in reliance on the Services, including applying for roles, declining other opportunities, or making immigration or relocation decisions, are yours alone.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, or limit the availability of the Services to any person, and block IP addresses or ranges; (4) remove or amend any listing at any time, including at the request of the company concerned; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at hiddenjobsuk.com/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted on cloud infrastructure located in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and the United States. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in those locations.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.
If we terminate a paid membership other than for your breach of these Legal Terms, we will refund the unused portion of the membership on a pro-rata basis. If we terminate for breach, in particular of Section 7, any refund is at our sole discretion. If we discontinue the Services entirely, we will refund the unused portion of all active memberships.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice, including the set of companies covered, the filters offered, and the frequency of listing updates. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services, subject to the refund commitment in Section 12.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you additionally retain the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these Legal Terms deprives you of remedies under those laws that cannot lawfully be waived. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be resolved as set forth in the DISPUTE RESOLUTION section below.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with the DIAC Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of the United Arab Emirates.
Restrictions. The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilise class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions. The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorised use; (c) any claim for injunctive relief; and (d) any claim that a consumer is entitled by mandatory law to bring before the courts or dispute resolution bodies of their country of residence.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF ANY JOB LISTING, SALARY INFORMATION, VISA SPONSORSHIP LABEL, OR OTHER CONTENT OF THE SERVICES, OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR APPLICATIONS LINKED TO THE SERVICES, AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, INCLUDING LISTINGS THAT ARE STALE, CHANGED, WITHDRAWN, OR NOT GENUINE, (2) THE CONDUCT, HIRING DECISIONS, OR SPONSORSHIP DECISIONS OF ANY COMPANY WHOSE VACANCIES APPEAR ON THE SERVICES, (3) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (6) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR EMPLOYMENT, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING, AND (B) USD $100.00. CERTAIN LAWS, INCLUDING CONSUMER LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. NOTHING IN THESE LEGAL TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defence of such claims.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, including membership confirmations and login links by email, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services.
